Staff was not helpful and unfriendly. Spoils our first impression of Esperance. Might be better off if the Centre is unmanned.

I was disappointed with the staff behind the counter. They were friendly but not over engaging. Esperance probably does sell itself but it would have been good if suggestion have been made.

We tried ringing the centre all day and kept getting the same message - we're busy ring back later. Emails go unanswered. We turn up, peak tourist season and they're closed (not busy but closed). No idea of the point of having tourist info if it's not open.

Those 2 ladies didn't even raise their eye ball while we walked in. Didn't feel welcome at all.

Not only did we get friendly and useful information, but good parking and amenities nearby. Walking distance to shops. Most importantly, they have facilities to fill up your caravan with free water. This meant that we did all our shopping before and after Cape le Grand because of this. Good for us and for local business. Thank you!

Loads of information about local tourist attractions and accomodation options. Can make bookings for the bus as well as find out information regarding other travel destinations in west Australia. Souvenirs for sale and located in the museum village which has other interesting shops close by

We had hoped to do a local cruise, however staff did not even offer to contact the cruise operator to ascertain whether they were operating whilst we were in town. They provided a brochure for us to phone from our mobile whilst still in the Visitors' Centre.
