The gentleman who was working in the shop was very nice and friendly. The pottery was nice. I can't wait to bake some beer bread in the baker I bought. The shop has seen better days and could use some repairs.

This potter is located next door to the Duck Smith House, so it was very convenient to walk there. He does beautiful work and also has pottery from several other artists. Worth the visit.

This was our first gallery stop and it sure put us in a happy frame of mind for the rest of the day of pottery viewing. The potter, Ben Burns, is a delightful, gregarious person who enjoys sharing information about his work and the area. He has a wide selection of pottery in many different glazes and price ranges. His... More

Ben created 4 custom pieces for my husbands Aunt. She had a color left out of one of the glazes and then provided dimensions of a large plate and three different size vases. She lives in FL and he emailed pictures through the process. We picked them up for her and they are just beautiful!

My friend and I visited recently. Benjamin greeted us warmly and took us through the entire shop explaining his work and answering all questions. We were very impressed with his work and warm personality. A great studio to visit!

Seagrove Pottery at its best. Not your traditional wood fired or salt glazed pots. They have a decorators eye for color and design. Bright crimson Oxblood glazes, lustrous greens and blues, along with exquisite hand decorated pottery with an Oriental flair. The potters were extremely knowledgeable about the area and the history. They greet you with a smile and leave... More
