Thoroughly enjoyed Top Sail. Went in the off season just before hurricane Matthew. Southern hospitality at its best. Not overly crowded. Very relaxing

Topsail Island is some 20 miles long with the southern part being the town of Topsail Beach, the center is Surf City, and the northern area being North Topsail Beach. This is the least densely developed and most charming part. There are numerous parks and beach accesses. There is a significant local population, but many condos and homes available for... More

We went in the offseason, just managing to miss hurricane Matthew. Perfect weather, not very crowded. Great place to just chill out and enjoy the lovely beach and sound views. Good spot from which to make fun day outings to other local towns including Wilmington, New Bern, and Swansboro. We've been to the Outer Banks and would definitely say we... More

We went during off season. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. The beach was very nice and the town was great. Loved it!

We come to Topsail every year with friends from our VFW and have a great time while there. There are many places to visit while on the Island.

Everyone's friendly here, the beach is safe and clean, plenty of options for dining and shopping. There's boat tours, beach gear rentals, mini golf and sea turtle hospital (both off the island but very close), a little skating rink & movies at the park. Can't wait to come back!

Our vacation rental was easy to choose via their website. Check in was efficient. Questions after selection was always referred to the website which is not easy to navigate once you have paid. Location of the property in North Topsail was excellent; far enough away for some privacy but close enough to activities in surrounding areas. The property we stayed... More

Stayed 4 nights at a cottage belonging to a friend's family. I have a broken foot and am on a knee scooter and crutches and was really worried this would ruin our trip. The police department loans out 2 or 3 beach wheelchairs, free of cost, on a daily basis, first come, first serve. I had it 3 days and... More

We've been vacationing on Topsail sine the late 1970s and plan to return in future years. Topsail offers an excellent family environment, some fine restaurants, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. There are plenty of great vacation rentals - from beachfront homes to condos to motels. We prefer the early part of the off season (October) when rental rates drop, the... More

Treasure Realty handles all their properties with great efficiency. They advertise every property with a straightforward and clear description so that you know what you are getting. The house we rented was on the beach, renovated on the inside, very nice and clean. Beautiful older neighborhood a few miles north of Surf City. Outside was somewhat marred by rusting deck... More
