This was a much better tour than the haunted pub crawl. She was interesting and we enjoyed it. Good for kids

The area was full of nice stores with a variety of merchandise and souvenirs. The store owners are very friendly and helpful. They answered our questions with a smile and did it professionally. Thank you to all.
What a fun tour of The Cotton Exchange! Lori is a terrific tour guide and excellent storyteller. She has done thorough research on the history behind the "ghosts," such as the true murder of a child... who still supposedly haunts the ice cream shop. Whether you believe in the ghost part or not, you hear some darn good stories that... More
We had dinner at The German Cafe and then met Lori for a walking tour of the haunted Cotten Gin. It was perfect. Her stories were just scary enough to give us the creeps- but not so scary that my kids had nightmares. Lori was very knowledgable and very engaging. Book her!
Plain and Simple. Lori is great. She has lived in Wilmington for 15 years and you would think she was born there. The amount of research she has done is amazing. She is passionate about making the tour entertaining. My wife loves ghost tours. I'm not a big ghost tour person, but I love the history that comes with it.... More
Lori was very knowledgeable about the history of the Cotton Exchange, and her stories were really entertaining. I'm adding it to my list of things to show my visitors when they visit.
One thing that I loved about this tour versus other ghost tours is that it was just our family on the tour. I contacted Lori about a week before we wanted to go and let her know that we had three young girls in our family and wanted to be sure the stories were appropriate for them. She assured me... More
I booked this tour for five people several hours before it was scheduled to start. I showed up with my party and found another group of two waiting. At 10 minutes past 9 we all tried calling the guide several times and left messages. No one ever got an answer or a call back. At 9:20 we left. Terrible waste... More
Hello: I'm so sorry you had that we missed each other. A few times in the past when visiting with a new customer, I will suggest tour times that they may work for their schedule. When doing so, I try to be very clear about not having set tour times unless, the customer calls to confirm. I have changed my... More
We took some friends of ours on the tour and we all had a blast. Our tour guide was a combination scary and funny! I am recommending this tour to everyone I know.
It's an interesting walking tour around the Cotton Exchange. You have to listen carefully because our guide talked on the fast side. She mainly told about all the ghosts that have been seen in and around the Exchange and the stories behind them.
