Enjoyed walking along the river. Fun shops and restaurants. Would recommend a visit here. We took a boat ride up the Cape Fear River which was interesting and full of fun facts. Also a nice respite from walking around.

Spent a few days in Wilmington and really enjoyed it. Stumbled onto the river walk but found it nice. Lots of places to pull up a chair and enjoy the view. I’d go back.
