Even though the elevator just quit working we had a good topside tour. Interesting place and nice to learn how the sites operated. We wet a bit out of our way to visit and it was worth it.

I can't add much that anyone else hasn't already said about this site. It is a low-traffic area so the tours are very informal and intimate. My family (seven people) got our own tour as we walked in the door, but later as we were...More

We were joking about our low expectations for this excursion. Were we ever caught by surprise ... it was amazing! You will see the real ICBM control equipment (in a reinforced cement capsule deep below the prairie), learn the Cold War history behind the facility,...More

Made a detour of the Interstate to visit this site. Followed the on line directions -- it can easily be missed since it is off the beaten path. Oscar-Zero gives you a excellent idea of what it was/is like to live the life of an...More

Made a 30 mile detour off I-94 while driving home to MN from west coast. Wasn't sure what to expect but missile site turned out to be the 2nd best highlight of the trip. (Glacier Nat'l Park was #1). Site offers a very informative 20...More

This is an EXCELLENT way to learn the history of ICBMs and the cold war. You start with a 20 minute video on cold war and nuclear bomb history. Then a tour guide takes you through the top side structure of a minuteman ICBM launch...More

We made a special trip to the site, which is just about necessary. You don't go to Oscar-Zero by accident. The fee is reasonable for the tour, and the tour is comprehensive at one hour in duration, focusing on the interior of the building and...More

A stop at the Ronald Reagan Minuteman Missile Site is well worth the off the beaten track type of visit. We were traveling in a motor home and there was plenty of room to park the RV while there. The site is just as it...More

We took a side trip here while visiting Grand Forks. First off, there were only 4 of us, so that was good. Secondly, the other gentleman in our group had been stationed at the Grand Forks Air Force Base when the missile site was in...More

Excellent 1.5 hour tour (including video) with Becky. Got a chance to see the Oscar-Zero missile facility, including the above ground living area and below ground launch command center. Amazing how close up close and personal you can get with history on this tour. Highly...More

The two sites offer complementary experiences. Delta-01 was built in 1962 and reflects the original design of the minuteman system. The control center is 31 feet underground and a single cramped space; support equipment... More

The tour is about an hour--depends a lot on how many questions and such there are. Most days there aren't many people (you can imagine, since by definition these sites were out in the middle of nowhere) so you won't stand... More
