Visited with our 2 year old, and we thought we were just getting started but this is a very small zoo. Compared to the zoo in Minot, this one is diddy and not as fun. The carousel was the best part.

For a zoo in a smaller community, you definitely can't go wrong. Family friendly, diverse animal exhibits, and you have to go just to see the camels.

Not a large zoo, by any means, however it's set up nicely for a family afternoon visit. It is recognized for helping breed endangered species, having a great result with some of them (the Pallas cat, for example). They have a free day every fall,...More

This was an ok zoo. Not very big and very few animals. Probably just right for small children who might get tired at a bigger place.

My grandchildren are ages 6 and 2. I was thrilled that the kids got to hear the wolves howling and watch them race across their enclosure, displaying dominance right in front of us. The children’s area is much improved over four years ago. Feeding the...More

We spent an afternoon here and the kids had a great time. Loved the monkey exhibit and fish pond. Barn yard exhibit and antique carousel were a nice feature as well. We recommend if you have smaller children.

This zoo is not large by any means, but when a 5 year old is the one who you go for, they dictate what you are looking at. This zoo has some fun exhibits for kids, and great viewing areas of the animals. If you...More

We decided to check out the zoo in Fargo since we had run out of things we normally do. The price was decent for entry fee. It is a small zoo with a small selection of animals. I quite enjoyed it regardless. The animals looked...More

We took our time and caught some of the talks. Also stopped for ice cream and I’m sure we were there a good 2 hours.
