We were there after it was closed for the season apparently as the only thing open was the museum. With that said, it was still really interesting to see the old storefronts and other buildings. The buffalo is worth the stop by itself.

We were here the last week of the season. So the activity was kind of low. But we had the opportunity to see the exhibits and not fight through crowds. Worth the stop.

This is a cute recreation of an old western town with a lot of shops most of which were closed for the season. If you are lucky you can see bison roaming and the white bison. Really incredible. The main attraction is the World’s Largest...More

A typical collection of antique implements, etc of days gone by. The Massive buffalo sculpture at the end of the pioneer street is definitely the highlight. Did not see any live buffalo.

This village is a restored village from the early 1900s through 1970s. Lots of artifacts that bring back some memories from days gone by. It was an interesting way to spend about 45 minutes. There is the world's largest buffalo statue. Supposedly there is a...More

This is a very nice collection of old west buildings, worth a quick stop on your way (and right next to the largest bison statue and the National Buffalo Museum). They have a nice playground and picnic area for lunch and kids to play on.
