Well kept lighthouse. Easily seen from Lubec, but worth heading over the bridge onto Campobello Island. Unlike many lighthouses, there is an individual there that tells you a little about the lighthouse, the surrounding area, etc. Very friendly and informative on what to do in the area.

Cute little lighthouse overlooking the bay, the bridge and Lubec village. There is a small, free museum there that kids would like (as an adult, I liked it, too!) with information on whales, seals, etc.

Crossing the bridge from Maine to Campobello Island transports one to gorgeous maritime views, cries of seagulls and the sounds of the waves. Few people to distract from those views. Getting there is a long drive but worth the visit!!

You can see great views of this lighthouse from Lubec and from the road leading to Lubec from West Quoddy Lighthouse.

Nice lighthouse with great views of the FDR bridge and across the water to Lubec, Maine. There was a small building next to the lighthouse with a friendly ranger who spent several minutes talking with us about the sea life of the area, so don’t miss those exhibits. We saw seals here 20 years ago, but that was in August and we didn’t see any this trip; the ranger said we were a few weeks too early for the seals. If you are taking a day trip to Campobello Island, don’t miss a 15-minute stop at this lighthouse.

I love lighthouses and have dragged my husband along winding roads some of which are unpaved "just" to see a lighthouse. Last year when we visited Acadia and Schoodic, we made our way to Lubec to see the West Quoddy lighthouse. When in Lubec, we saw the Mulholland Lighthouse from a distance but couldn't cross into Canada due to the pandemic. This year I was determined to go. Getting to this lighthouse was easy--just cross the Roosevelt International Bridge and you are there! The lighthouse was constructed in 1884 to guide vessels through the Lubec Narrows, the passage between Campobello Island and Maine. There is a picnic area and steps leading down to the water. This is the only lighthouse shared by both Canada and the US and is located within Roosevelt International Park. It has great views of the FDR Bridge and Lubec across the narrows. Go and enjoy!

We have visited here before and seen many seals froliking in the tidal waters. None on this trip (at low tide) but it's a great spot to visit and walk around the base of the lighthouse.

Very pretty lighthouse and an amazing view of Lubec from the lighthouse. This is a fun island to visit and we saw whales on the north end of this island near the East Quoddy Lighthouse. Across the road from this lighthouse is a great visitor center with very helpful information about what the island offers.

It's nice to look across the Channel from Lubec and see this neat lighthouse on Campobello Island. Then it 's also rewarding to drive across the Roosevelt International Bridge and actually visit the lighthouse and museum. Very interesting and informative displays in the little building next to the Mulholland Point Lighthouse ... don't miss this.

We stopped to admire this beautiful old lighthouse and the views on our way to Roosevelt Campobello International Park. The views from the hill were so beautiful as you looked across at the FDR bridge and into the town of Lubec, Maine.
