This is a really nice campground. It's a short walk to the beach. As you walk down the path to the beach you can enjoy some blackberries from the patch.

We camped here over the labour day weekend this year. We tented and our site was not serviced (at our request) it was the biggest and most isolated camp site we have ever stayed at. The washrooms were clean, shower stales roomy. They had a community kitchen with free wood and 2 old fashion wood stoves and ovens. Great place... More

Our family has camped here many times over the past 22 years. Anchorage Provincial Park lies on the shore of the Bay of Fundy, w its gigantic tides. You can tent, bring an RV or (recently) stay in a "rustic shelter," wh is basically a cabin w bunk beds and a picnic table (bring your own air mattress or camping... More

Anchorage Provincial Park gives you access to a lovely section of Grand Manan. It includes a camping area (we did not visit) some picnic areas (one was being used by a family reunion type event) and lots and lots of room to walk the coast. There are also some little inland water ways and walking trails. A lovely way to... More

My wife and I came here last minute for an overnight stay! The place was super busy but we were in a rush to get to our whales watching boat tour! I just payed and scooted out! We came back late at night, setup our tent, had a nice fire and then went to bed! Not much to say!. It... More

We stayed there for 4 nights and loved it. The washrooms were amazing for a campground. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had the most amazing tent site. It was huge. Our tent is 24x17 and we had that plus our 10x13 screen tent, with lots of room left. Would go back there in a heartbeat!!

We stayed at Anchorage for six days and found the camp grounds to be very busy, with excellent amenities including kitchenettes, bathrooms, showers, wifi, and electrical sites as needed. The beach was a mixture of rocks and sand and some mud, but made for beautiful strolls in the sunsets. We could not have been happier with the scenery, set up,... More

Enjoyed the wide open beach. Nobody around, so that made it even better. Had fun finding colorful rocks. Did not go swimming. Park is clean and well maintained.

Nice park with a few neat things to see. Boardwalk trail is nice. Small playground for kids. Highlight is the beach though. When tide is out it's huge. And Long Pond is great for a quick swim...and warmer than the ocean :)
