We had the yummy fish chowder at the Caves Restaurant and watched the tide start coming in by the sea caves. We traveled to the Fundy Trail Parkway, and stopped back at the Sea Caves later in the day. The tide was still coming in,...More

We camped in view of the caves and could watch for high or low tide. When the tide is out you can walk on the ocean floor on Bay Of Fundy. You can walk over to the caves from the Cave restaurant. The caves are...More

After the lite lunch at the Caves Restaurant we all went "stoning" at the shore. The search was for a stone that had a "ring" that circled a stone. If found you could make a wish and it was supposed to come true. It really...More

Late lunch at the Caves Restaurant. Very busy with tour buses from the Cruise Ships .The food was excellent and the service was great despite being very busy. Great staff. Worth the trip.

Same as Hopewell Rock but better FREE!!! You can walk to sea caves at low tide which normally occurs in afternoon (check tide calendar before visit) and enjoy natures wonder at high tide from shore in morning and evening. Parking is free.

Another must-see when in St, Martins. Wait for low tide and you can walk the ocean floor and explore the caves.

My husband and I went here for a Saturday afternoon. It was fun to see the caves and be able to walk in and around them at low tide. We brought our dog and had a nice walk. It was busy but not over crowded....More

The sea caves in St. Martins were even more incredible than I expected! We went early in the morning and spent lots of time exploring the caves and the area! There is a pretty large lot for parking right beside a restaurant (it was closed...More

You can only walk out to the caves when the tide is out. The rocky beach is hard to walk on. Wear good walking shoes because it is easy to twist an ankle. However, my 90 year old father did the trek to the caves...More

I'm from the Bay of Fundy area, so I guess I'm use to seeing things like this. It would be more interesting for those from elsewhere, as it is neat to see how the area is under water during high tides, while accessible on foot...More

Yes, one family even managed to sneak two small dogs onto the patio of the casual restaurant nearby! (We all pretended to not notice... they were very quiet and it was on the beach anyway)

In my previous response, I meant Hopewell Cape. You can also drive the Fundy Trail within minutes of St. Martins which has some nice hiking trails and scenic lookouts.
