Kelso lake is a natural conservatory area which I think is a must to go to as it is very calm and quiet. I went there with my family and everyone enjoyed a lot.

We went during Canada day long weekend. Luckily not much crowd. Lifeguard was on duty. Kids enjoyed playing in water. Good washroom facilities. If you don't want to drive far this is good place to go.
