Our campsite in the Huron section was spacious and relaxing. Kudos to the park for making their non-electrical sites a priority – they were level, built up with a sand/gravel base and had excellent drainage. The sites are generally well spaced and private. Other parks...More

Having previously camped in MacGregor during the winter, we decided to check it out in the summer. The weather was extremely hot and humid, but despite that it was a great trip. The Tower trail offered some great wildlife viewing, and we revisited it several...More

Bucket List: visit every Provincial Park in Ontario. We really enjoyed this park! The visitor centre had live turtles and snakes (and stuffed ones for sale). We were able to borrow some binoculars for our walk. We didn't swim here as the beaches are not...More

This is an easy walk, even for those with mobility issues. The kids found a snake, and we enjoyed just sauntering along. The path is well kept.

For yurts we always had to make reservations 6 months in advance. I'm sure campsites are the same. Might be worth it to call them directly and book by phone if you are having difficulty with the website.
