This was my first ever visit to a zoo, at the age of 32 I'm not sure why but I'm glad I've done it now. Firstly the weather helped today, it was gorgeous day. The attractions in the zoo are fantastic we met the lemurs first, they freely jump around you and one flicked a pooh at my girlfriend, at... More

Free parking just outside zoo entrance. A lot of walking to do once inside the zoo but well worth it. The enclosures were huge, the animals well kept and happy. There were very informative keeper talks all through the day. The elephants have a lovely enclosure with a very modern new 'house'. There is a walkway at the Giraffes so... More

I went with my Mum and my two young daughters (3 & 5) and we had a really lovely day. All the staff are well trained and all the talks on the animals are fun and informative. I recommend taking a buggy or cart as younger children can get tired on the walk around seeing all the animals. The outside... More

Went for the day with the Grandchildren. Took the car in as our grandson had broken his toe. Great day with lots of animals and fantastic views from the top of the downs. There has been lots of refurbishment of exhibits. Great day that the kids who are 8 & 3 really enjoyed, as did we.

This experience was a gift purchased for my husbands 60th birthday, and wow what an experience, to get up close and personal with the Tigers and feed them meat from kitchen tongs and feel their breath on you and hear the noises they made, just like domestic cats but turbo charged !!! The experience also included entrance to the park... More

Considering it's suppose to be an amazing zoo, I wasn't very impressed most of the animals were sleeping or not in their cage, if your planning on visiting with small children it's a lot of walking... also they shouldn't allow cars to drive around I found this very dangerous some were going quite fast considering children are walking about! The... More
