My wife and I have been swim members for around 3 years and with dismay have watched the place decline. and accordingly decided not to renew our membership at the beginning of November. We had complained in the past regarding a number of issues but the person whose email address we had been given steadfastly failed to reply. Our main... More

Lovely spa area but poorly staffed and limited treatments on offer. Waste of money. Unable to book any of the extra self paid treatments listed in their brochure. There are so many excellent spas ......this is NOT one of them. They are missing a trick at this spa as with proper staffing it would be amazing. Pity

Initially the booking was a nightmare as we were very limited with the days that we're available and didn't realise it'd be so much of a wait (we waiting about... More

Firstly, the spa is not in the hotel at all...it is oddly in the middle of a retirement village to the right of the hotel. The residence of the retirement village use the spa facilities too, making it quite uncomfortable and feel like you shouldn't be there. The whole place needs refurbishing and updating to make it feel like a... More

Lovely picture of the hall bit don't be fooled the spa is in a 1970's building out the back and probably hasn't bee updated since the 1970's. The sauna is rotten. The steam room smells... More
