This attraction is a "must do" if you enjoy a road trip with a destination and like to experience Australian Aviation history.. If travelling from the southern suburbs of Brisbane we completed the 330km round trip in a day with an early start. A stop on the way for a coffee, then to Picnic Point in Toowoomba to take in... We really enjoyed this attraction very informative lots of planes and memorability with stories and information on each item I really would have liked a tour and fair value as a lot of places are making admission to expensive to visit

Both my father and kids loved this museum located in Oakey. Has many aircraft to view, and small kids play area where kids can colour in and ride in you planes. Very spacious, plenty of seating to rest. Guided tours able to be pre booked. Well stocked gift shop.

This a great museum smaller but of the same calibre as the Qantas museum in Longreach. It has a kids corner where they can colour in, dress and and sit in model planes. It is amazing to see the old planes that were used in WW1 - pilots were very brave.
