a really small park but has loads of kangaroos wandering around and you get to stroke the koala bears, a highlight of our trip. Well worth the visit and not expensive

This is a great place to take overseas visitors or anyone wishing to get up close and personal with Australian wildlife. The kangaroos roam freely and for a very small fee you can purchase food pellets and hand feed them. They love to hold your hands as they feed and are very gentle. Meet the koalas is wonderful as there... More

We visited around 3.30pm and stayed until close, walking around the park. Hand feeding the kangaroos was a huge highlight, loved it. It was great also to pat the Koala during the feeding, however I think it would be good if they limited it to say 5-10 people in the area at a time - alot of people were in... More

If you are in the vicinity this is a wonderful place to have a very long and personal encounter with Koalas for not that much money. Come early so that the roos are still hungry, stroll around to see the other animals and simply enjoy. Some reviewers pointed out that it needs renovation, which is certainly true but it makes... My boyfriend and I visited around 4:00pm on a Sunday afternoon mainly for the koala interaction and to feed the kangaroos. We were literally smiling from ear to ear the entire time. There were three koalas out and about; some napping/eating and some quite active jumping from branch to branch. A park employee was present for questions and supervision but... More

Thanks for having the sprinklers on, it really made this walk enjoyable... lots of kangaroos, emus, bird life. The parks is very interactive for small children and not for a massive cost. (Kangaroo food $1) the place is a little tired but clean and tidy.

Only took an hour to walk around as we didn't have children with us, would probably be a couple of hours with kids. Well worth a visit. The exhibits are very clean and the animals appear to be well kept. New enclosures were being built and some older ones were being updated. Once these are finished I'm sure it will... More

We visited in peak summer holidays & I was surprised it wasn't busier. The park itself is quite dated, but the animals seemed pretty happy, mostly, and the kangaroos were so friendly! The kids really enjoyed themselves & there was plenty of space for them to run & eat a picnic lunch.

Even though it was an extremely hot day the walk around was still pleasant and helped by the numerous sprinkler in operation
