My wife and I stopped in for food and drinks before the Barenaked Ladles concert at Jacobs Pavilion at Nautica on Saturday June 11th. The wait for a table was brief and although we would of preferred a table closer to the outside, everyone else does as well. Our server Josh ("Steve Austin") was friendly, attentive and polite. We never... More

Went for lunch after a trolley tour. Sat on the deck facing the river. Good view of downtown Cleveland and the train tracks. Not only do you view the train tracks but, alas, you hear the trains, every few minutes, continually. Food was decent pub fare, nothing special. I had the "Diner Burger", the small (6oz) one with cheese. OK,... More

Yeah we checked first and knew the food wasn't top notch! Parking does cost $10 but at least it's in a safe area. We didn't pay any cover charge to enter on a Sunday night AND a band was playing. Outside seating is first come first serve. Our waitress was prompt and kept an eye on our table. The band... More

Stopped in with four teens before Rock Hall visit. We were told by hostess to seat ourselves outside. Wow great service right off the bat! Then to be greeted by a crabby waiter, who basically hates his job and should not be working as a waiter! Drinks came slowly, took forever to get our orders taken and then waited literally... More

Stopped here for a drink after a concert. This was a busy Saturday night, around 11:00pm. $5 cover was charged, for what I'm not sure - there was no live music. The place smelled like aged layers of stale smoke and stale beer. The kitchen was closed. The staff seemed clueless. The entry way was gross. The restaurant beyond all... More

Was there on a Sunday for lunch. Service was awful. Waiting for drinks forever. Ordered one meal seperate / after others and never even Rec'd it. Entertainment was good. I am a generous tipper by would never have left the 18% gratuity that is automatically to your bill.

We have eaten here for many years, but never because of the food. The atmosphere is great and watching river traffic and people make it a fun place. The bad news starts with parking. Shooters doesn't own the lot, so it can cost $10 to park if there happens to be a concert at the nearby Pavillion. Street parking is... More

The location is the only good thing about this place. We waited forever for a waitress to wait on us out on the deck...and it wasn't even busy. There were 2 waitresses on the entire deck. The food was average until I found a spider in my salad. Blah :( It's a little pricey too....we didn't have any alcohol, just... More

Positive: 1. Plenty of spaces to sit ranging from inside to numerous outside spots. 2. If you get here a bit earlier and are going to Nautica you can avoid the parking fee and also get out a lot quicker than the cars in the lot directly next to Nautica. As far as positive, that is all. Negative 1. VERY... More
