Had an opportunity to visit this stadium when in town on business and the New Orleans Saints were in town for a preseason game. I was pleasantly surprised. Nice no frills stadium. It's not fancy like some stadiums, but nice none the less. Even though...More

My family attended the Browns pre-season game. I was extremely disappointed with the overall lack organization of the event. The staff could not have cared less about the attendees' experience. The food/drink lines were incredibly long at all points of the game. The staff were...More

Enjoyed a fantastic concert at the First Energy Stadium. However, there were very few food vendors outside of the venue and no washroom facilities nearby. Merchandise was available only within the venue and only are a few locations making the lines ridiculously long. Food vendors...More

Saw U2 here. It was amazing! The venue was well suited for a concert. Concerns were in the lack of food options (especially for gluten free) and the merchandise sales locations were far too few and far too crowded. Very frustrating!!!

Stadium was average. Went to a GoldCup Soccer game. Stadium was dirty. Garbage all around our seats and cobwebs and spiders everywhere. Perhaps they weren't prepared for the mid sized crowd. There is a limit on ladies handbag size. Nothing bigger than a half sheet...More

Visited for the recent U2 concert earlier this month. The crowd was huge, but I thought the gate staff did a nice job getting people in without much delay. The seats were comfortable as far as stadium seats go and the sight lines were excellent....More

The stadium was great. Only problem is the sign outside the stadium for seat numbers was confusing. My mother and I walked around the whole stadium. It was hot and we were tired. We both never saw the row number we were sitting in. All...More

Sorry, I have no idea about concerts. You might call them. I know that security will be tight and that may be a factor.

It depends on what you plan to do. I usually begin to head to the game 45-60 minutes before kickoff to get to get through security and get to my seats. What you do before dictates how early you should be there. Parking is... More

Bags should be CLEAR plastic, vinyl size- 12x6x12. A VERY SMALL SIZE(size of your hand) clutch bag is allowed. And if you forget, you can use a 1 GAL clear freezer/food storage bag.
