Beautiful theater in the heart of downtown. Great restaurants in the area for before, or a drink after the show. The inside of the theater is amazing, great place to see a show.

I recently attended a play, and this theater was beautiful! I would definitely return for another play or event.

have been to the ohio theater a number of times... each time we go, it seems as though there is another artistic feature that we missed seeing the previous times... most recently, we saw the stage production of cabaret.... I've given it 5 stars... we always try to get mezz seating... usually better $$ for tix, and line of sight... More

No matter what your choice in the entertainment, this venue will enhance it. Step into a time lost from most modern establishments. Comfortable, luxurious and unique as today's standards go. Very accessible downtown area w/ convenient parking under the Statehouse ( 50 yards across street ). Top notch Broadway shows locally.

Very nice play. Music was great and so were the singers. Dancing was OK, but nothing special. Loved the first act, but didn't care for the second half after intermission. Very difficult to hear with hearing aids. Couldn't hear them talking well and if you turned the hearing aids up then they would have music very loud. Would recommend for... More

This is a magnificent theatre. Built as a movie house in 1928. It was close to being demolished but the good people of Columbus saved it. We have seen movies, concerts, ballets, plays and much more here. This is a true gem.

Wow. What an incredible experience. This was one of the coolest things I've done. The first installment of the HP movies was shown on a movie theater-sized screen. The Columbus Symphony was on the stage below the screen, and perfectly played the score along with the movie. Their timing was flawless. We drove 3 hours to see this and were... More
