Lehman's, founded in 1955 by Jay Lehman to serve the local Amish, now ships brand new, but old-fashioned merchandise all over the world. The store has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Newsweek, Time and more -- it's worth a trip to Kidron.

Guess this place is a landmark in Amish Country. Quite a store. Has machines and devices you won't find anywhere else (propane refrigerator for the house). Some arts and crafts. Had a great time for 2 hours just poking around the place. Not a discount store....this sort of unique merchandise comes at full price.

This is the General Store from back in the 1800's only it is about 20 times larger. They even have an outlet store behind the main store. The only thing that I know they do not sell here is cars. Anything else you might want it is here. Just get a basket when you walk in and start shopping for... More

One of our favorite places to visit in Amish Country. Self-sufficiency, gardening, non-electric, kitchen gadgets, gas fridge- you name it- they have it! Great place to spend a couple hours (or more)!

Room after room of everything you could think of from gifts, kitchen utensils, decor items, furniture, gardening needs, lamps, old fashioned gifts, Christian books, toys, cards, goodies, etc. etc. We even had a wonderful lunch in their cafe! Such a neat place. On the property are more buildings with continuations of more items--Amish appliances ( non-electric); a world trade gift... More

We always stop here on our way through Amish country. It's not only an interesting place for appliances and old fashioned goods, I love kitchen gadgets and you can find most anything you want here. Don't miss this place, you'll be happy you stopped.

I have been getting the Lehman's catalogs for years, but had never made it to the store. On a trip to Cleveland, I finally decided to get off the interstate and check it out. It did not disappoint. I had no idea that the store had the ENTIRE catalog under its roof. Section after section, it just went on and... More
