Shillong Golf Course is one of the oldest, largest & natural golf circuits across the world. It is located in a scenic valley surrounded by pine and rhododendron trees. Owing to its greenery and scenic beauty, it is called 'Gleneagles of the East'.

The only difference is it's a free entry as compared to the pricey admission charges golf parks take in cities. Not exactly a tourist destination , can skip it

This golf course has panoramic green views. Though the evening we visited here was a rainy one & it got little dark as well. But its charm was as it is.

As I stayed beside the Golf Links, It was visible from my Hotel. I visited the fields which is very well maintained and clean. My son loved to play around there and the picture around the gold course was very pleasant.

This golf course is a beautiful place, though nothing much to see if golf is not being played. If you want to visit then go afternoon & try coming back before 4:30 pm, cause after this the roads start getting block.
