This is a small monastery on Durpin hill, which is why it os often referred to as Durpin Gompha by the locals. Very nice monastery, you have less restriction, and you can visit inside even when the monks are chanting. Ideal for photographers. The Durpin hill itself offers great panoramic views.

The Monastery was nice, offered scenic views. Inside the Monastery were beautiful thankas and a statue of Buddha. Monks were there chanting hymns. It was a serene atmosphere. The bells on the corridor surrounding the Monastery added to the charm.

A nice monastery which houses scores of ancient Budhist scripts brought by Tibetan monks for their Great Lord Shri Padmasambhaba.
