We went on this tour beacause it takes you outside the city and you make three stops to make fotos of Auroras. They have a good camera to take fotos of it and they will send you per mail, so do not worry if you do not have a professional camera. During the tour they offer you drinks and snacks.

The driver and the waitress never said hello or goodbye. The waitress was very aggressive when we ask to be seated facing the road in order to not getting sick. I wonder if the driver ever drove a bus on snow. He made us get out of the bus half way on a hill because he was stuck midway against a safety barrier. We had to walk down from the hill on deep snow in the dark without any explanation from the waitress or the driver. I fell down, hurt myself and nobody came to see how I was. I hurt my ankle and I am not sure I will be able to do all the activities I already booked... They never apologized or said goodbye... I was very desapointed !

Had a really awesome and helpful guide, who actually helped to take really great photos of both us and the northern lights, with free flow snacks and a drink provided, along with a really comfortable ride. 10/10 would recommend, mainly on the basis that unlike other tours, this tour helps us to take really good photos, and instead of charging us for it, posts them on Facebook to share them with us!

They allowed me to get on and off at different hotels w/o any problem, so full flexibility by their side. The show was fantastic, also the 'national' dessert and the beverage. Our guide was really kind and with full enthusiasm, she was also quite a techie using the mobile app while hunting for the lights. She actually predicted that we have to wait ~30mins. and yes, the lights turned on from nowhere and became intense. The pictures she took of us landed just at the end of the tour within our Inbox.

Early signs suggested we would have a disappointing coach trip around Longyearbyen in the snow. The Kp index was only 1 or 2, so it seemed that even if the skies cleared, it was unlikely that we’d see anything. However, the coach stopped, the flurries ceased and out we went with the cameras. Then, against all apparent odds, the lights appeared! They pulsed for a good 45/60 mins whilst Juliet happily took photos of the party - now freely available on Facebook - thank you!! Most people seemed not to have dressed warmly enough for the evening, since the 4 of us were left alone outside, enjoying the spectacle. In particular, remember gloves and hand warmers! The 3 bits of tapas was a bit limited, but free drink welcome. So pleased to have finally tracked the lights down.
