We were lucky to be guided by Jeben, very sympathetic, funny but at the same time full of knowledge about all the nature around. Kindly answer all our questions. I would recommend this activity with this guide to everyone who visit this Svalbard.

I did enjoy the 6-hour boat trip. I am 65 and thought I might have backbone troubles but I was seated at the rear and everything went alright. The guide knew his job and made the trip pleasant and safe. He provided us with a meal taken from the Norwegian army and believe it or not, I took roast beef and mashed potatoes and it was real. I wasn't able to accomplish my goal which was to meet sea animals especially the blue whales, although we saw a small nonspecific one. It was mid-may and maybe you must wait till the end of August, so who knows maybe next time I',ll make it.

The highlight of our trip to Svalbard was the 100km Snowmobile drive through the Arctic Wilderness. We were the only two on the Tour and with two guides and a trainee. We were in good, safe and educated care. Before the trip I was nervous, as I was concerned that I'd cope with the freezing temperatures of -27.5 degrees Celsius. Not only my first time in snow, but also the first time on. Snowmobile. The Gear we were supplied was excellent, weatherproof. My only advice would be better tuition on wearing the gear or assisting and double checking that the gear is on perfectly. There were a few occasions where my gear had let in cold air, which was most uncomfortable. My strong advice, is get the gear in correctly, as it makes the day most comfortable. The landscape was unbelievable. I was wrapped on the knuckles a few times for riding too slow, because I couldn't take my eyes off. The highlight was the 4000 year old Glaciers. They were frozen solid and no calving visible. Because the Fjord was frozen, we were able to ride on to it, which is where we had lunch. The best Tour I've ever done. Not sure if this can be topped.

Amazing service. We all had great time and our guide Andy was very caring and helpful. Only thing I will recommend with this tour is that company should offer couple mins of warm up session before taking us on a trip. Overall I give this company million stars. It was a memorable experience.

This is not for pregnant woman or those with a bad back. The group adequately advertising this caution although one person on our boat did not heed the advice. It is a wonderful experience and you fly across the bay on the search for animal life. We saw a couple of whales and a lot of birds. Because one person had a bad back, we had to come back very slowly. We would have liked to have more time to walk around but our time was limited.
