We had a lovely time at this attraction. It's esp good for younger children as it's not spread over too large an area. Packed with lovely animal attractions that give the animals priority. The butterfly house is fabulous. We had lunch and then ice cream late afternoon. The facilities were spotless. The staff very friendly esp the ladies in the... More

A lovely place to visit and walk around. You would need a couple of hours to see everything at the Zoo. There are various shows to watch for free throughout the day. The food is reasonably price and is nice, and the gift shop prices are fair too. A great day out in all. I would definitely visit again.

Initially it was a shock to my granddaughter as we had to go through the free-flying Butterfly house that was very hot and humid, she does not like things about her, but my grandson loved every minute of it. Also when you go outside there are other animals, goats, pigs, meerkats, otters,Parrots and other various animals. There was also an... More

Fantastic day out. We bought a family ticket and thought this was great value for money. The butterfly house was an amazing experience with many different types of butterfly flying around us and several of them landed on us too. There was a stunning pond of koi carp and many birds to see. The zoo was wonderful and there were... More

Anyone reading this review simply has to visit this attraction. The main thing here is the butterfly room. So many beautiful butterflies and if you're lucky they'll even land on your finger - huge butterflies! The butterfly room is hot (almost like a sauna - so don't wear a coat! ) But also fragrant as is full of flowers for... More

Firstly the prices are great for entry, the Easter egg letter hunt was good fun there is plenty see, and some lovely ice creams to enjoy one thing I would say is the food an drink is a little on the expensive side which means a lot of people take their own picnics there is plenty of places to sit... Family said how nice this was and with an 8 year old, a 7 year old and a 2 year old it was £52 to get in. Staff were friendly enough but there again they are taking your money. The butterfly house IS the nicest part of the complex and many people were so bored with the rest of the... More
