With sweeping panoramas, big open skies and far reaching views this Essex garden is an inspiration to visitors of all ages. The garden boasts an eclectic range of inspirational horticultural styles from traditional to modern, providing interest and colour, whatever the weather or time of year. The Garden opens daily from 10am (closed Christmas Day) and includes a restaurant, children's play area, picnic areas and garden library. The Visitor Centre is open daily from 9.30am and includes a cafe, gift & book shop and plant centre. Entry to the Visitor Centre is free of charge. Please note that Sunday trading hours apply in the shop (11am - 5pm).

A wonderful garden to visit all year round. Always something of interest there. Nice cafes. Excellent safe open space and dedicated play facilities for children. And we especially welcome being able to walk in a dog free environment!

Well RHS Hyde Hall have spent a lot of money on improving the layout of their 'lower' cafe near to the main entrance and it's now called the "Clover Cafe". So far so good, but don't get your hopes up because the old problems apparently...More

Peacefully, well kept, good food. Great access and ample parking. Knowledgeable staff. Stunning flower beds and climbing roses.

beautiful gardens , very interesting . every year gets better and better , we often meet up as a family here , there are some lovely garden areas here , also lots of workshops throughout year and interesting events .

Some fabulous unusual plants available to view in lovely settings. Nice walks around the different areas & types of plantation. Food/drinks & toilets available with free parking.

Hi, This is a RHS garden there will be flowers with colours to suit all the seasons. This time of year it will be planted up with spring bulbs, pansies, wallflowers and many more plants. Regards Janis.

Daniel, the craft fair is free with normal garden admission, so that's £11.00 for adults and £5.50 for children.
