Occasionally visit and usually have a fish or three - lake and immediate bank-side lovely and well kept but car park and lodge was a bit tatty and neglected - this is starting to improve. Met a regular angler retired from Kent who is helping with control of vermin etc. Some other regular supportive anglers give the place a good... More

Fished today 11/4/15 and was first there.Water a little cloudy but even though bright sunshine fish still rising.Had my share of takes and losses.Great changes to the layout in the removal of trees and bushes to make casting easier.Well mown grass and easy access for disabled. Will certainly recommend and return.

Visited recently after the hard rain and floods.Still a very good fishery with lots of fish rising in the cloudy but clearing water.Various tickets available and of course there is disabled access and casting platforms.A lot of work has been done in removing trees etc. for better casting.

This is a well established lake with plenty of free rising fish. There are loads of insect life and buzzer fishing is a good tactic. A place not to be missed Cost of tickets are very reasonable People very friendly and willing to help Mike of fly fishing Cornwall
