Good and bad experiences with this site. Overall negative
Aug 2015 • Friends
I've played here twice and enjoyed both occasions thoroughly. However, on the last two occasions, despite having phoned up to make my booking, I turned up only to find the site closed. I live over 75 miles away from this site so that's a total of over 300 miles of wasted fuel and 8 hours of my life.

What a fantastic day

My Son and his mates went to The Body Farm yesterday, they had an amazing day out, very well organised, with safety the top priority, whilst making sure everyone had fun, lots of different game scenarios, such as "infected", the lads just loved every minute of, never stopped talking about it on the way home or for the next 24 hours after either. I would definitely recommend it, as it would appeal to all ages. The Staff couldn't have done anymore to make it a really memorable day, Nick, his lovely family and Gary pulled out all the stops, the cafe was great you could see the kids having fun, have a cuppa and catch up on emails etc with the free wifi, with stunningly beautiful countryside all around, couldn't have asked for anymore

Just ace!
I didn't actually participate but both of my teens did, to say they enjoyed it is an understatement! They came away with a couple of war wounds but it didn't hurt very much...safety is second to none and everything was properly explained. I would highly recommend this place which is in the beautiful countryside ran by professional, competent and friendly people, brilliant, reasonably priced day out!

I visited this place with my teenage son, on a pretty miserable Sunday as his mates had been raving about the place. Upon arrival, I have to say I was pretty impressed, it was a large agricultural building converted into an indoor battlefield. The kids were kitted out in safety gear, given a thorough safety briefing by a very enthusiastic " Marshall" following which all the kids, about 18 in total went into the playing area, this being a massive building converted into a fake town with buildings, roads, wrecked cars etc. They had rented electric guns that fired small plastic balls! And went about shooting each other in a series of games that lasted about 20 minutes or so each. At the end of each game, out they came sweaty and happy, re filling the guns and exchanging tales of bravery and daring do!
I was able to relax in the cafe area, catch up on emails, utilising the free wifi and have a few coffees, all the while able to see the action through the Perspex windows that divide the cafe from the battlefield. To be honest, I was keen to join in and have a go at one point!
The owner of the place, Gary told me that this is just the first stage of a bigger project at the site, which is to called the Herefordshire shooting centre, eventually they will have indoor and outdoor smallbore shooting, archery and another outdoor airsoft site. If those are done to the same level as the body farm, then it will be a really excellent place to visit, not that it isn't already.
All the staff are committed to giving the players a great and exciting time....well done, it's a great place!
