Beautiful walk with the dogs, especially if your dogs are water babies, the river is clean and flowing. There is a skate park for all ages, which looks fun, I only watch them do their stunts, some are very talented. The park is safe environment that is enclosed, and has soft flooring. A splash park is coming soon.....watch this space.... More

What a lovely park a river running through giving such fun to the children that still play in it. A great swing/play park for children and even a set of loos. In the summer you see families picnicking and having fun just playing in the park without their IPads . From here you can wal through the Old Town of... More

This is simply wonderful. The river Gade, the field and the proximity to the old town make it an ideal place for families to visit and picnic. There's a good playground, and plenty for the older generation to see (the walled garden for example) and gentle walks aound the perimeter.

I love this park plus free to park your car. Always plenty of spaces. It;s a nice 20 minutes walk to the centre/new part . Walk through the old town first ( north of park/ through a smaller car park) as this is so beautiful unlike the new part..then do a bit of shopping...Bliss..

We use this park for training - and in the winter we do the Santa Dash through here. Plenty of dog bins - so no excuse for dog owners to let their dogs poop on the paths ... and leave it!
