Beautiful place to walk and suitable for buggies. We walked around the entire lake which is 2 miles - and there is some great scenery! Limited number of picnic benches but amazing views whilst stopping off for food! Free entry, they just ask for a...More

I visited with my partner, but I would feel very safe walking here on my own. It's a lovely environment, very peaceful and it has well marked trails.

This has become one of our favourite places locally. Parking is easy and a £3 donation is requested(well worth it) There is a visitor centre as you enter, which sells books, ornaments etc. A good basic café with tables inside and out. Massive lakes you...More

Beautiful view as you walk around the lake. Loads of wildlife and some very peace hides for you to catch up on your thoughts. Would recommend if your in the area. Shop is full of little treasures and not too expensive.

Fabulous place to walk, see wildlife, chill and enjoy the countryside. Would recommend a visit, plenty to see and do. The staff are exceptionally helpful.

A lovely walk for how long and how far you want to go, added interest along the way in different things, safe and secure in the surroundings.

Nice place to go to walk around the circular walk or to sit and study water fowl and birdlife. Small café needs a few more tables and seats to accommodate demand.

Easily accessible and lots of information regarding the birds that you might see - if that's what you are in to. Even the longest walk is pretty easy for little legs.

Nick's review says there's limited parking - mainly on the road - but when we visited a little while ago there was a good sized car park. Has that changed?
