We had a voucher with a stay and explore hotel visit and chose this as an attraction we were curious to visit. The play area is good and you are taken to this by train which was nice. There is a lot of walking involved and an assault course so no good for anybody with walking problems. The maze is... More

If you are looking for a great day out to entertain the kids in the Heart of the National Forest, look no further than Conkers. I've been coming here since we moved to the area a few years ago and am an annual pass holder, and the kids still love it. There's plenty to explore, see and do, and the... More

Thanks for your review. Great to get feeback from our members. Don't forget there's an excellent programme over the May Bank Holiday and our new "Twisty Towers" play area will be open at the end of April. More

As an annual pass holder we visit here alot and will definately be getting another pass for the next 12 months too. With indoor and outdoor activities the weather won't spoil your name. My son loves the low ropes 2 more inches he can then progress to the high ropes. He does the assault courses not bad for age 6.... More

Thanks for your review. Hopefully the new Twisty Towers play area will be ready to open by the end of April and watch out for the new suspense bridge which should be in by summer to add to our Wobbly Bridges area. More

We visited today with our two boys ( 3 & 7 ) we spent most of the day doing the outdoor activities, so much to do and see! Wear wellies lots of muddy puddles to jump in. Indoor activities are great and very educational. Cheep full day out! Go enjoy the great outdoors :)

Visited conkers with three kids, 11, 9 & 7. They absolutely loved it! The weather was perfect, the sun was out with blue sky's. Which meant outdoor activities could be resumed. So much to do, shelter building, assault courses, high ropes, low ropes, play areas. Little train journey. Children's entertainment. Reasonably priced cafes. It was busy as it was the... More

We were a little unsure whether Conkers would be worthy of a whole day out but managed to walk and climb the legs off of us having arrived at 10:00 and left at 16:00 A lovely woodland setting with loads of rustic activates spread around the site including mazes, wildlife havens and sensory trails. The best bit for us was... More

We just did the bike ride circuit, good parking but a bit disappointed with the signage of the track. I went into one of the information centre to ask about where it was starting the staff did not really know what I was talking about. Once on the track some parts where quite hard to follow but it was a... More

I'd heard a lot about conkers.. Some good, some not so good. Decided to try it for ourselves. Reasonable price & not too far to travel on a unpredictable March day! The weather wasn't brilliant, but stayed dry most of the day. The discovery centre was ok & 7 yr old enjoyed it. The cafe... Wasn't brilliant, good portion size,... More

We had a voucher from Groupon and had heard great things about Conkers. If we hadn't had the voucher I would have asked for a refund, it was basically a walk in the woods with a few obstacles that were for grown ups and teenagers. You could pay extra to do extra activities but why would you want to when... More

Hi. Thank you for your review. I was sorry to hear you had a disappointing experience at Conkers. We do feel the groupon deal is excellent value for money that includes the 120 acres of Conkers including the barefoot walk, the train, the fairy labyrinth, the maze, the assault course, the outdoor play area - we also put on extra...
