Very nice food and cakes all made on the premises. The cakes and pastries are made from wholemeal flour ground at their own windmill

Visited Easter Sunday for drinks and cakes, mega busy and understandably a bit of a wait but the food and drinks were reasonably priced for that sort of thing and delicious. Recommend a visit. Will be back to sample other food on the menu.

We walked from the Market Place in Alford to the windmill as it wasn't far. Its great to see that the windmill is still working and open to visitors. We were slightly disappointed that it cost £3 each to look inside and as we were...More

It's nice to be able to look around the windmill. There is also a very nice tea room. Parking is free there is a charge to look around the windmill.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. It was nice to show my daughter around a traditional working windmill and from what she saw, she rather enjoyed it. I just think it's needs to come with a warning if you don't have a head...More

Yes, we love dogs. Well behaved dogs are welcome on-site and in the shop and tearoom. The mill has to remail out of bounds as it's a place of food manufacture. Water bowls are scattered around the place! :)
