Just outside Birmingham this is the closest indoor real snow venue. It isn't great for learning and brushing the rust of your skill after a summer away from the snow. I need peak season it can get busy so it may be worth ringing before hand to see. It is suitable for ages. With a bar and restaurant on site... More

While being expensive this is a brilliant place to practice skiing. It does get very busy and with multiple different lessons manoeuvring rather difficult, so it would better to have separate sessions for lessons, and recreation. Not to say I wouldn't go back was very fun.

Thought I'd have a go while the rest family had a lesson. I would not recommend this to anybody the slope is sheet ice in patches with the slopes covered with lessons. For a beginner this must be so intimidating with people having to find a gap to get down the slope effectively totally overcrowd and dangerous!. I came off... More

I took my children here for an intensive 3hr ski lesson. They were snow ploughing well by the end and enjoyed the experience. It wasn't too crowded and the slope was a good size in length and width. Better than our local dry slope.

First those who can Snowboarded and skied for a while then after a coffee we went on the Santa trail .sleding and snowballing with the children. Then into the theatre to see santa and the elves which was brilliant. Then into the animal area... More

This is the publicised title for this group training session from 9am - 5 pm. We were a group of 13 people who had separately booked and had two instructors. After boot fit and ski allocation we waited for the instructors and for everyone to arrive we didn't get on to the snow until 10am which felt a bit slow.... More

Two 63 year olds were able to play on a level with their 6 year old grandson in the snow without looking silly. Great value £8.75 for 30 minutes of pure fun. Thoroughly enjoyable for all our party ranging from a 6 year old 4 thirty somethings (one who insisted on shouting cool running every time he launched himself off... More

Family visit to the Snowdome before Christmas for Ice Skating. We ate in the restaurant beforehand which is nice and overlooks the ski slope, the food was very good, with quick service and wide variety of choices on the menu. The food offered is a fast food style. Would definitely eat here again when visiting. We all had a lot... More
