Set in the beautiful North Warwickshire countryside, Hoar Park Farm dates back to the 1430's, with existing buildings dating back to 1730. These traditional farm buildings form the centre of the craft village. As well as being a craft, antique, garden centre and children's farm, Hoar Park remains a working farm covering some 143 acres.

There are a few shops to wander round and we found the most interesting of these was the antiques centre which was well presented and had a variety of items at reasonable prices. I believe the farm area is good for children but have not experienced this. Every month an auction is held here.

The childrens farm is a nice way to spend a couple of hours with young children. It is pushchair accessible and the children loved feeding the animals with their little buckets of feed.

The petting farm is wonderful, excellent value for money and a great day. Free play area is good, the shops offer a good selection too. Cafe let's the whole place down though, the order process is painful as the man taking orders doesn't listen and you have to repeat yourself several times. It takes quite a while for food to... Lovely little farm that we've never been to before. Not too much to get in and 50p for a bucket of food to feed the animals. Worth the money if taking little children. Very muddy this time of the year. Closes at 5, went to cafe at half 4 and they were closed up and man said all we could... More

We stopped at this location for a light lunch. The staff were very helpful. I had a cheese ploughmans which had a variety of cheese, two pickles in small dishes, a bowl of salad. My husband had a tuna/cheese pannini which was very good. We only stopped to look at the antique shop next to the tea room and although... More

I visit this place most weeks but to be honest apart from meeting my friends here and having a coffee I don't buy any hot food here. I always bought a sausage and tomato sandwich but they are served in just thin white bread and are very soggy and not very appetising - and overpriced - in fact a coffee... More

Took the grandchildren on a cold day with rain in the afternoon. Unfortunately, due to bird flu worries, the birds were kept in their houses. The kids enjoyed feeding the other animals though. Had dinner in the restaurant. Good food served very quickly. I had the special. The chicken breast stuffed with cheese and tomato. Excellent by any standards. Kids... More

This is a really good farm for the family to visit, a variety of Animals with an opportunity to handle some smaller ones at timed events through the day. we didn't visit the craft shops, but did sample some lovely traditional ice cream. There is a park to have a play in too. If the weather is nice it's a... More

We visited here for breakfast. We had 2 full breakfasts and the food was not nice. Seems like everything was fried - the sausages were bland and tasted of fat. 5 hours on and I still feel ill from all the grease. Service was questionable and definitely not served with a smile. Given there are some nice places close by... More
