We started our tour with a stroll up to the cave entrance through the Fern Glade. Guides were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and passionate. Did 2 x tours back to back and thoroughly enjoyed both. Highly recommended. NOTE: No facilities on site for purchasing food or...More

Firstly, the location of this cave is great, because this is just around 20km away from Trowannaa Wildlife Park, so you can combine the two attractions if you wish, which is what we did. Tours run ever hour, and we were fortunate to get here...More

Recommend visiting both caves: Marakoopa & King Solomon’s cave, both have different things to offer. Ticket for 2 people to see both costs $68. We did the Fern Glade walk while we waited for the tour. 10 minute easy walk (one way), going back is...More

We came here to explore and see something a little unusual. My 5yo daughter loved the cathedral and the glow worms. We'll come again next time we're in Tas.

Glow worms were a feature. Access for the agile. Quite cool do need a jumper. Kids over 5 would be good although adventurous spirit will help. Informative guide and lots to see. Lighting was great and pathways were safe and secure. Recommended

Being fit is a basic requirement for the 250 steps of the cathedral tour. So it called for a positive attitude to take this one on! Luckily the guide sent me ahead to set a pace that meant I was never left behind. With several...More

Just taking the walking track from the office up to the caves was exciting and beautiful but the caves themselves are amazing! Our guide was a wealth of information and I would highly recommend this tour to everybody.
