Redlands is an historic farm And home to our single malt Whisky distillery. 8 minutes from New Norfolk, 20 minutes from MONA and 35 minutes from Hobart. Redlands offers visitors a range of experiences including: - Tours of our 'Paddock to bottle' single malt whisky distillery (one of only few the world); - Sandstone Coach House 'Whisky Stable' featuring a shop, fully licensed bar, espresso coffee and whisky tastings; - Self-guided tours through over three hectares of historic pleasure gardens; - Historic Oast House, outbuildings, and small hop picker's village including the old shop, butchers house and bell tower.

I recent travelled back to Redlands Estate as I had been there once before when they first opened but was disappointed this time. Still no Redlands whisky as there is a 2 year wait legally which I can understand but no café and no bakery....More

Lovely grounds and historic buildings but, despite Cellar Sales signs they will have no whiskey until 2015. History of the property is given but not sure the genealogy quoted has been verified independantly.
