If only history class is school had been this entertaining. The story is true(ish) and gives a glimpse into the convict history of this area. A small theatre allows everyone to get in to the act and be thoroughly entertained. Definitely worth the time if...More

If I could rate this higher I would. This production with some comedy is the best live production I have seen. With a cast of 2 and audience involvement this show was better than brilliant. Show goes for 90minutes $20 with concessions. I would have...More

All of my friends who had been to Strahan said the play is a 'must do' so we bought our tickets (concession prices) at the information centre next to the amphitheatre. Such a hilarious production with the fabulous actors as well as those audience members...More

Four of us had spent the day learning about the history of Strahan as cruise or train passengers. Being part of The Ship That Never Was performance that evening topped off the history in a very entertaining way. Dynamo Tara and Cheeky Xavier had us...More

This is a must see. It’s a hilariously funny play put on by two clever men.......with audience participation of course. Tickets were reasonably priced due to the massive entertainment value......we had a blast ! Great for all ages.

This has been recommended to us by a colleague; when I told my husband I wanted to go, he was ambivalent- but how hard did he laugh?! This was an awesome play put on by 2 actors (Tara and Xavier) and there was much audience...More

This show was just awesome. So so funny, with plenty of audience participation. My face aches from laughing. It was probably even better as we did the Gordon River Cruise with guided tour around Sarah Island (so we had already met the actors and knew...More

A great show for all the family. It’s a credit to them for sure, to think it’s been running for 24 years..! Well worth a look.

Great way to spend the late afternoon in Strahan. Engaging telling of the incredible story of escape made by convicts all the way to South America. Blankets provided to help ward off the chill. Recommended.

I think the question has been answered. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did. I probably would not have gone to see it if not friends recommending it.

Just pay at the door. Try and get there early. They will do their best to find you a seat but we did see people being turned away at the last minute as the venue was full. Great show. Make the effort to see it.
