What a great place for taking a walk to see some nature. Perfect at bird migration seasons. They have a bluebird field set up when you come into the center. Information center. Check it out.

We have been coming fairly regularly for 18 years. Eagle's nests used to be there but still a great place to see eagles flying.

If you are even close to this you must stop and check out the Eagles, and other birds. We were cold but once the Eagles started flying we forgot all about it.

Another great nature preserve on Lake Erie. Beautiful paths, not too crowded and very well maintained. Lots of birds to see, quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended!

My husband and I enjoy challenging hikes. You won't find that here. The trails are very quick and easy. We both enjoyed the views of wetlands and estuaries. We also liked the maps of the trails. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars,...More

Even if it is for a short time it would be worth it. There were several people that just walked down and looked for a while and then left. If you like nature it is worth it.
