Rented a golf cart and toured the island specifically to see the grooves. Pretty cool gouges in the soft limestone and good story boards to help guide the short (10-30 minutes) self-guided tour. Only complaint is the story boards are showing their age and getting...More

Free walking historical attraction. The grooves are astounding. It's crazy to read about all the history behind how they came to be part of the landscape.

Must see on Kelley's Island. It is amazing that mother nature carved this out of the rock. Very unique.

The glacial grooves are worth a few moments of your time if you're on Kelley's Island. Really interesting to see visual evidence of the glaciers that shaped the entire area.

Always a treat to see this. Larger than I remember! I took one star off for maintenance. The informative signs around need replaced as they are becoming hard to read. They are exposed to the elements. It's a bit awe inspiring!

If you go to Kelleys Island this is a quick visit sight that you do not want to miss as you can see where the ice cut the grooves in the rocks.
