I got my mom the hot air balloon ride for a 60th birthday present and it did not disappoint! Our pilot, Dan, was personable, professional, and entertaining. (I apologize the response is a bit late) Yes you are correct, about the feel of the balloon is much different even for folks that are not at ease with heights. We had several cancellations due to poor summer weather but Laurie was very helpful and responsive in rescheduling. The day we went for our flight, the whole team was very professional and friendly. My wife and I had a great time celebrating my birthday. I would definitely recommend them!…
