I love Miami Valley gaming but could there be a potential Covid19 outbreak in the Casino that will shut it down? This is what I have observed. A man walked up to where I was playing at the machine and was not social distancing. He was eating, of course with his mask lowered. He became irritated when I asked him to back away and to social distance. People being able to eat throughout the Casino floor can trigger a pandemic there. If someone is asymptomatic and not showing signs of the infection, the Casino has let them in because their temperature is reading normal. But what if they have Covid19 and sneeze or cough on the machines while they are eating. The next person sitting to play will touch the machine and possibly become infected. They will continue to play at various machines and begin the spread like possibly the man eating throughout the casino. I foresee a bad idea of being able to eat throughout the casino as another way of promoting the spread. If a person is hungry and wanting to eat, they should have to eat in a dinning area. I want to feel safe when I go to have fun. This is a big turnoff. It seems the Casino is letting customers break the mask guidelines. Would they rather be shut down due to the spread of Covid19 in their facility or stop the patrons from eating throughout the Casino and force them to eat in the dinning areas. This makes no sense to me, their irrational invitations of offering patrons foods that can be ate at the machines. What are they thinking?

Slots seem to be generous and lots of bonus games. Because of COVID-19, food is VERY limited and not recommended. Also very limited seating in bar. Come for the games, with no expectations for food and beverage.

Purchased two beers and sat down at our first machine to play. A worker came over and said hi how are you and then told us like we were children to put on our mask and how we should drink. Now they want you to take a sip and then put mask back on. We should have left then but stupidly stayed. Machines are tight and gray haired jerk worker should have been nicer!

I have never been treated so badly by any establishment. My wife and I were sitting at a machine with our beverages as I put a $100 bill into a machine. After spinning the machine twice, I was sipping my beer when I was told I “better have my mask on next time I walk around” from a guy named Carlos Mack. I then said excuse me, I am drinking my drink and cannot drink it through the mask. For some reason, Carlos if the mask police decided to disrespect me and my wife further saying we could leave. I then cashed out my machine after two rolls and headed towards the cashier where I was followed and harassed further. The worst part is my wife who had the mask on the entire time was being disrespected by this guy. I couldn’t believe it! I was so furious I turned around and asked the guy politely to leave us alone as we were on our way out the door. After calling to explain the situation, I spoke on the phone to a “Berkie(?)”, who decided to hang up on me once I tried explaining the situation and my intentions of the phone call. I can honestly say I will never return even tho my wife works in Monroe and I frequently have visited this “racino” since the day they opened. I am very disappointed in how aggressive the staff were towards customers who spend a lot of time and money in the establishment. I honestly never want to go back!
