I noticed the signs for this museum during my visit to the Football Hall of Fame. Great museum with a good variety of aircraft, a few you can even sit inside the cockpit including a MIG.

Visited here a couple of years ago. As a retired Marine Corps aviator, I was pleasantly surprised to discover this aviation gem in Canton, OH. Wonderful exhibits of various aviation memorabilia and numerous aircraft, including a few recently retired fighters such as the F-4S Phantom...More

We visited on a rainy day so the museum was not busy and we could see the outdoor exhibits so that was a disadvantage but what we saw inside was fun. As someone else said, "very kid friendly". Our grandsons got to man an anti-aircraft...More

Lots of hands on things to do for your kids. Not overwhelming and large so you can see everything in a couple of hours. Very friendly people that work/volunteer there - eager to answer questions

Thank You and we look forward to your return visit. We are almost all volunteers with only 2 full time employees and we are 90 to 95% veterans. We do about 54,000 volunteer hours each year.

My first time at MAPS. I was surprised a how much information was available for all ages. It will be a great place to take the grandkids when they are a little older. One more special place in the Cantonarea.

What a wonderful experience. I've been to the Wright Patterson museum, and MAPS is a miniature version physically, but just as entertaining and educational. It's more than aircraft, with many interesting displays of local soldiers and airmen as well as much military memorabilia. They have...More

I want to take my 89 year old dad to visit MAPS but he wants to know if the museum has any seating where he can rest. He is concerned if others in our group want to stay longer than he can stand. Are there any benches or chairs for a visitor to sit for a while?

Yes, there are seating available, If when you enter and ask for some additional help, they will help make whatever you need available. They are extra helpful for the older visitors who may need some extra help.
