Terrible Place. Went in their for 10 mins. Was with my boyfriend. We are experienced skaters and came from Toledo. My boyfriend had asked for a skate tool to fix his skates which, at a place for skating said by the manager Kendal “We have to dig it out because we don’t use them”. First of all that’s a safety hazard. You need tools to tighten skates as it is a safety tool for skating for all skates PER OHIO REGULATIONS. Then we asked for a refund and was told by Kendal that “It’s your problem your skate is loose, you should’ve rented from us”. We then proceeded to ask for a refund and Kendal had said that we had to wait. She was very disrespectful, argued with us it that it was our fault that they didn’t have a OHIO REGULATED tool, was getting close to touching us and was calling us disrespectful. A parent then argued with us because “his problem is more important”. Kendal had then proceeded to say “Who are you, don’t cut me off, bye now, bye, bye, bye”. As a manager of 3 years in customer service, that is not how you handle a situation. When your company is so tight on money such as this place, and cheap people out of refunds, then you should know there will be trouble. During the conflict, the worker (Black female with dreads, with a cartilage piercing, as we didn’t catch her name fully, it started with a Bry..), had said to us “Shut up bitch, your being the disrespectful ass”. Both women were utterly disrespectful and unprofessional and should not go unnoticed, ESPECIALLY AROUND CHILDREN. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I would not want my children around such disrespectful and petty workers. All we asked for was a tool and a refund and it turned into a dramatic petty fight because of the attitudes of the workers and Kendal, the manager. Not LGBT friendly either. Thank you. Never again.

Visited Sandusky for Cedar Point but had a day to do other things. Found Ghostly Manor and my son and I were so glad we did. The haunted house was just awesome. I've never jumped in the many theme park houses I've been to (Universal, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Six Flags NJ) but I did here. We went during the weekday so there was no rush and we could experience all the house had to offer. I was very impressed. The staff here was super friendly, the arcade and mini golf were fun. Would definitely return if in the area and I highly recommend the haunted house. Great value here.

I've gone to dozens of haunted attractions, mostly in the NJ, PA area, but other states as well. This haunted house is easily top two. Undecided if it's number one only because I have such fond memories of a haunted house from my childhood. It's easily worth the $11 a person. I'm impressed by the decor, the animatronics, the surprise floor panels, everything. I'd recommend this haunted house to anyone passing through. I liked it better than Field of Screams or even Eastern State Penitentiary and that's saying something. There was plenty of other stuff to do there too that looked fun, but we arrived close to closing time so we just picked the haunted house and we're very happy with the choice.

Took the kids and grandchildren to this facility. There was a fun and filling time for all. Despite the different attractions we spent the most time on the skating floor. Who would believe that?
The staff was friendly, but it was understaffed, not surprising these days. The food was good and the facility clean. A good time for wall.

We were visiting for the weekend to meet up with friends and looking for something to do in less than great weather. We did the Escape room and then the 4D Movie experience before the kids broke off to try the lazer maze and play some arcade games.

The Escape room was really well done, certainly high enough to challenge an experienced group. Kaylee (?) was awesome and helped us along without giving us the answers, we were able to finish but it wasn't easy!

The 4D movie experience was also fun, recommend the cosmic coaster. The employees were all friendly and helpful. Public areas and bathrooms were clean .

Over all a fun afternoon!

The staff was awesome and we saw them regularly cleaning during out time here. They were friendly! The kids had a great time in their activities. We all did the miniature golf and it was amazing! It’s a 3D version and it was amazing just to see the design and such of the holes! Well worth the price. We’ll be back next time we’re in town.

I wish I would’ve known about this place sooner! We’ve been going up to Cedar Point For a few years now and didn’t realize this was up there. It was perfect timing with Halloween being in a few weeks. We went through the ghostly manner which is pretty cool. They roller skated and did a little bit of the VR. They had a really great time. (Teens) Too bad we had to leave to drive back home because they would’ve stayed here many hours more. This is something we would definitely go back to.
