I would go more often if they allowed dogs, but it is a beautiful place. If you love gardening, the outdoors and nature, this is a serene setting. There are trails to walk. They often have special exhibits and a cute area for children.

We went here with our teenagers looking for Pokemon... We enjoy this park very much as it is in biking distance from our home... Both my wife and I got married here... But no to each other... Regardless we still like it lol.

Inniswoods is a vibrant, amazing horticultural experience. Any season, you will see loads of amazing plants. My favorite is the rose garden or the herb garden. Perfect place for Family photos, senior photos or wedding photos. Or just a beautiful walk.

Donated to the city to be run as a public park, garden, and educational center, Inniswoods is a well-maintained garden reminiscent of estate gardens of the past. In every season there are beds bursting with color from spring bulbs to summer roses to fall color....More

Had no need so didn't inquire.
Is there a charge to walk through the park?

Not at all
Are there any signs up telling people to keep off the rocks in the rock garden? I was at Inniswood for the first time today and there were signs around this pretty little creek / rock formation so I didn't take my son's picture. I'm not sure if those are always there. I see that same location on different professional photographers' websites and wonder if they just ignore the signs or if this is a temporary thing.

Hello there - I'm pretty sure the signs are always there. Professional photographers seem to do what they can.
