Oklahoma City's zoo has a decent collection of animals from around the world. We paid extra to feed the giraffe's but were not informed of the feeding times and missed our chance and didn't receive a refund.

Definitely a true gem of the central United States! They hold excellent events and free days. Their gorilla exhibit is high quality, we had down on the floor and watched them for a couple of hours.

This zoo is amazing to visit. I've been going to it for over 60 years and it gets better each year. They keep adding to it and updating things.

The price of admission is reasonable, and the workers are very friendly. The zoo is nicely laid out, but it's dirty and in desperate need of major funding for basic repairs, i.e. rusty metal guard rails, crumbled path ways, and and sorely needed air cooling,...More

We did the VIP adventure at the zoo for our granddaughters birthday. It is not cheap, but well worth the expense, especially in the hot summary. We had a private cart and guide the entire day. The wild encounters give a behind the scenes look...More

Friendly, accessible staff. They were EVERYWHERE and weren't afraid to just strike up a conversation or help you find your way. A great variety of animals, as well as some interesting plants. We loved seeing the bamboo 'forest' near the tigers. The elephant exhibit is...More
