Absolutely beautifully presented. The Americans are so good at these sort of things in general. This is no exception at all. Stuffed full of interest and some great art and exhibits two or three hours flashes by. The patrons of all classes must feel their contributions very well spent.

The National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum is a treasure. Not only is it a gorgeous museum but also has fun, interactive exhibits for the kids and everyone else. This local treasure is also host to various events and has a wonderful gift shop. You definitely need to see it if you're anywhere close to Oklahoma City.

My wife and I have been to May museums in the US and Europe. This museum rates in the top echelon of museums. It is in a beautiful building and setting!

This museum is a must see if you are in Oklahoma City. The Trail of Tears is worth seeing and the artwork is interesting. The museum has a lot of information about early life in Oklahoma and the gift shop is above average and full of useful items--not junk. There is a large event center there--be sure to check out... While our daughters and granddaughter were visiting from Michigan we took them here, they loved it! There is so much to see you will need the entire day so get there early to enjoy it all. While you're there don't forget to walk the beautifully landscaped grounds there is much to learn and many photo opportunities out there as well.... More

The exhibits at this museum do change over time so don't assume it's static. They have a huge Fred Remington collection. It's an excellent and large western history museum. We worth your time.

This museum has cowboy history, relevance of how Hollywood impacted American's fascination with cowboy and even the civil war. I also really like the history of the Native American. Overall it's a good museum and a good way to spend the afternoon.

I only live a few miles away and had never visited until today. The exhibits were very interesting and nicely displayed. I was there several hours and took in as much of the museum as I could. The gardens are a beautiful place to walk, especially during good weather. Most enjoyable exhibits for me was the old town replica, the... More
