A National Treasure in downtown Oklahoma City. The American Banjo Museum contains over 300 banjos on display and is the only museum of its type dedicated to preserving and promoting the music and heritage of America's native musical instrument - the banjo. An interpretive exhibit tells the evolution of the banjo from its humble roots in American slavery, to bluegrass, to folk and world music.

It's a good place to learn all about Banjo. If you interested in this kind of things do stop by. Veterans have $5 per person including intermediate family. Duration: 1 hour is enough.

The most banjos in one place! Many decorated uniquely. The two women performers were talented and delightful. Their knowledge was impressive and their music was amazing. Hall of fame told personal, stories and showed outstanding performances.
