This park is worth visiting although it is now surrounded by development and there is the constant noise of the freeway. Dogs are not allowed which is good for the wildlife. A variety of trails will allow you to look for birds and small mammals....More

When it's not busy you can see deer and have enough space to jog down the well marked and smooth paths. Not a long trek, do it at least twice if you are actually trying to get some exercise out of your nature walk.

lots of trails and varied landscapes. playground for kids, picnic area, bird watching, lots of interpretive signs, lots to learn about animals, includes water and turtles, great hiking for everyone.

Many trails you can explore that are marked. Most of the paths are shaded. Visitor center close to the parking lot. A big playground next to the parking. Covered picnic tables if you want to eat. May even see deer.

Yes but the playground is across parking lot. So little kids may not be close enough for comfort.
