This spot is an oddity, but our family used it as an excuse to travel downtown one evening. Visiting this unusual attraction led us to a great restaurant (Sisserous).

I was not expecting much and it did turn out to be a concrete marker in the middle of a walk way bridge. If you stand in the center of the marker you can hear your voice change. Kind of interesting.

Definitely something to see/hear. No one knows exactly why it happens, it just does. Only the peson standing in the center can hear their echo. WEIRD!

My husband and I were in Tulsa for the day and decided to check it out..Pretty interesting place. When we first came up on the center of the universe a lot of people were complaining that it didn't work..They're wrong. Those people were screaming and yelling you only have to speak to hear the echo, however, only the speaker can... More

I have been hearing about this place for years and had to visit. I was not disappointed. I was a little surprised that more information was not provided at the actual location. Overall it is an interesting site and a great opportunity to explore downtown.

The only thing there is that weird thing in the ground that makes your voice echo. Take the kids but don't make a day of it... Just something cool to see

I'm not sure if this was designed or accidental, but it is a very interesting experience. Take one step off the little concrete circle and your voice sounds normal again. Of course what's also interesting is that your voice sounds normal to anyone outside the circle. They won't even believe that there's anything going on until they step on the... More

if your looking for something to do while in Tulsa, talk a walk downtown. There is this little jewel to find. I think children however would find a little more excitement with it than an adult but the little kid in me loved it.

This is a favorite spot that I take all of my friends and family from out of town to. Even my grumpiest relative (I'm looking at you, Gramps!) couldn't help but smile after experiencing this spot.
